PRICE
I provide an up-to date appraisal of your property and recommend an appropriate asking price. The best salesperson in the world can't sell something for substantially more than market value and anyone can sell an underpriced listing. Accurate pricing is essential to achieving full market value. |
EXPOSURE TO THE OPEN MARKET
There is no better system for exposing property to the maximum number of potential purchasers than the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the local Real Estate Board. That's why all my listings are put on MLS. By far and away the majority of homes sold in Canada are sold by Realtors working through the MLS system. Putting your property in the hands of 22,000+ Realtor members of the Toronto Real Eastate Board assures effective exposure. As of March 1st, 1996, all listings processed through the Toronto Real Estate Board are entered onto the internet system. |
PERIOD OF TIME
The average number of "Days on the market" of homes which sell through MLS tends to range from about 45 - 70 days depending upon the activity in the marketplace and time of year. |
